We don't look away.
We look after each other.

Help us bring people in from the cold this winter.

For whānau experiencing homelessness, or families struggling under the weight of rising household costs, the colder months make daily life so much harder.

When you donate to the Wellington City Mission’s Winter Appeal, you help us bring people in from the cold. From providing shelter and hot kai, to long term advocacy and supporting whānau to get back on their feet, your generosity helps ensure nobody has to face winter alone.

Every dollar makes a difference:

Together, we can turn compassion into action.

$22 provides a warm meal and hot drink for two at Craig & Gail’s Café

$56 supplies winter groceries for a single adult at our Social Supermarket

$90 covers the cost of a professional counselling session

$138 enables three home visits with a Social Worker

$1,323 keeps our Crisis Recovery Café open for 12 hours

Help us bring people in from the cold this winter.

Winter can be incredibly tough for people already doing it hard, with the colder nights meaning rising costs and increased pressure on everyday essentials. But it’s also a time when our community can step up in making sure no one is left behind.

Your support today helps provide warm meals, hot showers, shops through our Social Supermarket, and financial mentoring support for people across our city who need it most.

From immediate care in a crisis, to long-term advocacy and peer-support, we walk alongside whānau through life’s challenges.
