Our Pōneke whānau often ask us, ‘if I need support, how do I get access to the Social Supermarket?’

Well, there are a few different ways someone can be booked for an appointment with us:

1. We receive referrals from community agencies across the Wellington region.
2. Walk-ins are welcomed at reception, which may be followed by an assessment from our on-duty staff.
3. People connected with our Budgeting, Finance, Youth, and Social Work teams may be booked in by their case workers.
4. Residents at other WCM sites can also be referred by their on-site support staff.

Our friendly team is here to help make sure everyone gets the support they need, when they need it.
